I was amazed by the amount of craftsmanship, skills and time taken to build this Empire and the exceptional detail of each individual piece of work from chipping, carving and moulding of earth's materials such as clay used in the terracotta army, to hand painting each one in life-size.
it is not only these terracotta armies but bells, plates, horse chariots, animals, jewellery and swords
what was more, was the creation of the afterlife for the First Emperor --the Eternal City, creating a whole new layer/world for him.
